Dr Heyman at Old Towne Optometry is my HERO! She came in on her day off and opened her office to take a look at my son’s irritated eye. When she saw the piece of sand embedded in his cornea she immediately got him the help he needed, reassured him as they poked and cleaned his eye, gave him pain relief drops and followed up the next morning to ensure he was not in any pain. Her willingness to put his care and comfort first, to reassure him throughout the process and to help me understand what was happening made a very scary experience much less traumatic. Thank you for the loving care you provide Dr. Heyman! We are forever grateful!

Lots of reasons to give Old Town a try: fun staff to interact with, the staff is experienced and professional, appointments are on time, thorough eye exams, all questions re eye issues are considered and answered in a thorough fashion, etc.

Great staff. Everything was explained to me about each procedure & why it was being done. We even received a hand-written thank you note from the Doctor after our first visit. Very impressed with that. Glasses arrived quickly and a phone call was made to let us know they were in.

The whole staff at Old Towne is so kind and helpful. Every experience has been a delight. From Morgan at the front desk with helpful input on frame styles, to Chris helping with eye tests and making jokes in the back, and Dr. Patel with a thorough exam and thoughtful conversation. I came to the website to look for an email but thought this would be better. Thank you all for an enjoyable visit!

I love Old Towne Optometry!!! The staff are uber friendly and helpful and are there with help hints and advice when choosing new glasses. They even help take care of Scratches on your current glasses!!!

Have been going to Old Town for years. It is better than ever. Chris makes everyone feel at ease and Dr. Heyman is fabulous. The selection of frames and lenses can't be beat.

I went to this office because I was having difficulty seeing my haircuts. I got some glasses from this office and the staff was so nice and Dr. Heyman was awesome. I will be going back for sure. This place put my mind at ease. I have been to some bad places before. This office is not like that at all. Thank you Old Towne Optometry, you can't go wrong with this place.
